Join access advocates in the wider Western Australian community, as they discuss and share insights into accessibility and inclusion in the arts sector . Facilitated by Caine Chennatt, access initiatives advocate at Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery, the conversation will flow around ideas, suggestions and insights on how museums and galleries can embed empathetic and inclusive design principles at the heart of their programs.
We welcome you to come and share your thoughts, feelings and lived experiences, in an open-minded and reflective environment.
This forum will also mark the launch and the first session of the newly formed Arts and Cultural Access Consortium, which brings together cultural administrators and arts workers seeking to create more inclusive programs and workplaces.
